Shipping
Free shipping on orders $120 and over. Orders under $120 ship for a flat rate of $7.00.
We process and ship from our studio. Because some pieces require custom finishing — including gold plating — please allow the following:
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days from order date
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We ship via tracked courier. Once your order is in transit, delivery times are outside our control — but we’ll always keep you informed.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive.
If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Sale items are final sale
How to return:
Email us at hello@veyelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different size or variant. Same process — email us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
